Two addresses.
Support, bugs, and launch updates go to [email protected]; privacy and data requests go to [email protected]. A subject line helps:
- Get launch updates — "MCPatrol launch updates". You'll get the Google Play link when MCPatrol is published.
- Something's broken — "MCPatrol bug". Include what you tapped and what you expected; a screenshot beats a paragraph.
- Your data — "MCPatrol data request" (to [email protected]). Account deletion is self-serve in the app (Manage → Delete account), but if you've lost access, email from your account address and it will be deleted for you. The privacy policy lists exactly what exists to delete.
- Anything else — feature ideas, registry corrections, a server you think MCPatrol should handle better.
